The public marketing site and clinic app keep optional analytics, replay and error tracking off until consent is recorded. The local clinic app uses seeded demo data unless a deployment is configured for real clinics.

If you contact GetHarley by email, we use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and plan implementation work.
Clinic app data
Local development data is seeded demo data. Production deployments must configure retention, processor agreements and access controls before real patient data is used.
Cookies
Necessary cookies keep authentication and consent state working. Optional PostHog cookies or local storage are only enabled after opt-in, with text, inputs and patient fields masked or redacted.
